Can a contractor print out a list of customers from our site?
A contractor can only look up a contact that he/she ALREADY has information on. For example: A
potential customer calls for an estimate, the contractor now has the potential customers name and
address. The contractor can now look up the customer based on that information. A contractor can NOT simply look up customers. A customer's last name and address is NECESSARY for our homeowner database.
A contractor can NOT look up by city, state, or zip alone.
To clarify, the customer information you give us to add in our directory is safe from other contractors. The only way another contractor will get your customer information is if your customer
calls another contractor for an estimate. Hopefully, your best customers will be loyal to you and not call someone else, but no one can control who a customer calls.
How can you enter your customer’s information to our database?
Very easily, we will provide you with a form to fill out online, via telephone, fax, or email (whichever is easiest for you).
How reliable is our information?
As reliable as our sources. We do not stand for bad mouthing or outrageous claims. We hope that our contractor’s are as honest as possible insuring they get the same honest information in return. We are not here to give people bad reputations, just simply state the facts of the business transaction to better educate other contractors and to ultimately save you money by saving you time.
How often does our database get updated?
Our database is updated as new information becomes available.
Can membership fees be paid monthly or yearly?
It is up to you.
Are submissions anonymous?
It is up to you. If you want to submit a database entry you can remain anonymous or you can leave your business name or just type of field you are in.
Can homeowner’s see the information on the database?
Only licensed business’ may join our website. Every business needs a valid license number and a Federal Identification number (this is the number used when you file your Federal Income Tax Returns, not your social security number). |
